Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to resolve customer issues.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or technical teams when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during night shifts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (35+ WPM).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Ability to commute to our Richmond, VA location.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
