Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of high-value client accounts to ensure retention and growth.
- Conduct regular health checks and business reviews with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex client escalations and technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback based on client needs.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to empower clients to maximize the value of our platform.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive account health and satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism and empathy in client interactions.
