Responsibilities

- Resolve complex technical issues and escalate tickets to senior support with precision.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of all customer interactions.
- Maintain a high standard of quality assurance in all daily deliverables.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the day shift team to ensure operational continuity.
- Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot potential issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift schedule).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility is mandatory.
