Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing issues with 95% customer satisfaction rate
- Process orders and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with sales team to upsell premium services
- Document all interactions using Salesforce CRM
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics (calls, CSAT, resolution time)
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce CRM
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for billing support
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Availability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
