Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret complex data sets received during the night shift.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure 99.9% data accuracy.
- Generate and distribute daily performance reports to regional management.
- Identify discrepancies in data entry and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize night operations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data analysis, data entry, or customer service.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Google Analytics.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high focus during night hours.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
