Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Provide remote and on-site technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain support tickets
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security protocols
- Train end-users on new systems and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of technical support or IT helpdesk experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent)
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
