Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during overnight shifts in emergency and critical care units
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless patient flow
- Document patient records accurately and maintain strict confidentiality
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to OSHA protocols
Qualifications
- Current RN or LVN license in California
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure night environments
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
