Responsibilities
- Monitor server health, network performance, and application availability during the night shift.
- Resolve incoming IT support tickets, including password resets, printer malfunctions, and software configuration.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security updates to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to document technical issues and escalate critical problems.
- Conduct nightly security audits and ensure all access logs are up to date.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night hours.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
