We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can handle critical technical issues with minimal supervision during the night.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for end-users via phone, chat, and remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Monitor and maintain server health and network infrastructure during off-peak hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform routine software installations, patch management, and security updates.
- Investigate and resolve hardware malfunctions, including printers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Document all technical interactions and solutions in the ticketing system (ServiceNow/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to hand off critical issues and ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience with remote access tools and ticketing systems is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
