Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the local network infrastructure and server systems during the night shift to ensure 99.9% uptime.
  • Provide Tier 2 technical support to internal staff via ticketing systems (ServiceNow) and remote desktop tools.
  • Perform routine security patches, updates, and system backups outside of peak business hours.
  • Respond to and resolve critical hardware and software incidents with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
