Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure, servers, and cloud systems during night shift hours
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues across enterprise environments
- Execute system patches, updates, and security protocols during maintenance windows
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles for cross-shift continuity
- Collaborate with global IT teams on incident response and system optimization
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance tuning
- Support disaster recovery testing and business continuity procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Nagios, Zabbix)
