Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot network outages.
- Perform routine system backups and security patches during off-peak hours.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of critical tickets.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
