Responsibilities
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot network issues during the night shift.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve technical issues for internal clients.
- Perform routine system backups and maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to document escalations and complex issues.
- Ensure all security protocols are strictly followed during off-hours operations.
- Conduct software updates and patch management for critical systems.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
