Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Provide Tier 2 & Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during the night shift.
- Monitor system health, security alerts, and performance metrics proactively.
- Perform routine server maintenance, patch management, and backups to ensure business continuity.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and resolve help desk tickets efficiently.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to transfer critical tickets and ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting protocols.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or on-site night shift environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
