Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 2 & Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during the night shift.
  • Monitor system health, security alerts, and performance metrics proactively.
  • Perform routine server maintenance, patch management, and backups to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting protocols.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or on-site night shift environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
