Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor complex machinery and production lines to ensure seamless workflow.
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections on finished products to meet industry standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations during night operations.
- Document production data accurately and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with 5S standards.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as required by the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Reliable transportation is required.
