Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock and materials safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure all workstations and aisles are clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team regarding inventory status.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
