Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Load, unload, and organize freight with speed and accuracy during night shifts.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage inventory discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Documentation: Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
- Skills: Basic math skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
