Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during the night shift to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to prevent shrinkage.
- Operate and maintain forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors to ensure seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
