Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Safely load, unload, and transport merchandise within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately fulfill customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock levels are optimized.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections on forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations and storage areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we train willing learners.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required for commuting.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
