Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to oversee our night shift activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations during the night shift to meet production targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee the accurate placement and retrieval of stock.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections of the facility and equipment.
- Train and mentor night shift staff, providing constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Manage workflow distribution to ensure optimal productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Handle equipment maintenance requests and troubleshoot minor operational issues immediately.
- Generate and review daily shift reports and operational logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse management, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
