Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Perform facility cleanup and equipment maintenance checks
- Support loading/unloading operations with inbound/outbound trucks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM, weekends included)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
