Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production and logistics operations during the night shift.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse associates.
- Conduct nightly quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and report performance metrics to management.
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for a seamless transition.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency in inventory management software.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
