Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Process incoming orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely and according to protocols.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments with speed and accuracy.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
