Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations, staff supervision, and workflow efficiency during the night shift.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock discrepancies, and coordinate with the day shift team.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to night crew members.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Manage emergency procedures and coordinate with security personnel when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing large teams.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software (WMS).
