Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during the night shift to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA standards, and quality control measures.
- Lead, mentor, and support a small team of warehouse associates to maintain high morale.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time and escalate major concerns immediately.
- Conduct nightly safety briefings and equipment inspections.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, inventory management software).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
