Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and process incoming shipments with accuracy
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones using RF scanners
- Prepare orders for shipment through packing and labeling
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack) with certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to 123 Commerce Street, Austin, TX
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
