Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the night shift team to ensure efficiency and productivity targets are met.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock accuracy to minimize shrinkage.
- Conduct regular shift briefings and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time and escalate complex problems to management.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and report any necessary repairs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
