Key Responsibilities
As the Night Shift Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our overnight operations. You will ensure that all logistics, safety, and productivity metrics are met while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
You will be responsible for:
- Supervising a team of 10-15 warehouse associates during the night shift.
- Overseeing loading, unloading, and inventory management to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Enforcing strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards.
- Monitoring productivity reports and adjusting workflows to meet daily KPIs.
- Training new hires and conducting performance reviews for the night team.
- Collaborating with day shift management to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software (SAP, WMS, etc.) preferred.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate handheld scanners.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a safe working environment by identifying and mitigating hazards.
- Manage inventory levels and stock rotation.
- Lead, train, and motivate the night shift team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare daily reports on productivity and staff attendance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Valid Class C Driver’s License.
