Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, stock, and materials using forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operate handheld scanners to accurately track inventory levels and update warehouse management systems.
- Perform daily safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a clutter-free and safe working environment.
- Assist in quality control processes to ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments meet company standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of duties and inventory status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with barcode scanning technology.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
