Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC machinery during overnight production shifts
- Conduct quality control checks using calipers and measurement tools
- Assemble components with meticulous attention to technical specifications
- Maintain detailed production logs and quality documentation
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing or production experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours during night shifts
- Basic proficiency with measuring instruments and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends
