Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production schedules and workflow efficiency
- Train and mentor 15-20 production technicians
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols
- Manage inventory control and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process optimization
- Generate production reports and analyze performance metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing supervision or leadership
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
