Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently run production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Quality Control: Monitor production lines to ensure all products meet strict quality and safety standards before packaging.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate counting and tracking of raw materials and finished goods.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
