Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift production staff, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate workflow and optimize production efficiency during overnight hours
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance reviews
- Address equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance teams
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics
- Generate shift reports and KPI analytics
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in manufacturing/supervisory roles
- Proven night shift leadership experience
- Forklift certification required
- OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid driver's license
