Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members in receiving, inventory, and shipping operations
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS systems to meet daily KPIs
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Train staff on material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Generate performance reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
- Spanish/English bilingualism highly valued
