Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications with 100% accuracy.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and other ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with the Development Team to troubleshoot complex issues and verify fixes.
- Design comprehensive test plans and test scripts based on business requirements.
- Perform regression testing to ensure recent code changes have not broken existing functionality.
- Conduct performance and load testing to optimize application stability during peak hours.
- Provide detailed bug reports and status updates to stakeholders on a nightly basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Software Testing.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot minute discrepancies in code or UI.
- Experience with SQL and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or Bash) is a plus.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
- Reliable transportation to work the night shift (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
