Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure 99.9% system uptime and optimal user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js (or similar frameworks).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
