Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during overnight hours in the ICU and emergency departments
- Administer medications and treatments with precision documentation
- Monitor vital signs and respond rapidly to critical situations

- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years ICU/ER experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills for patient/family interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic overnight workflow
