Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 10+ associates, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce all company safety policies.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment during the night.
- Resolve operational issues immediately and communicate effectively with day shift management.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are functioning correctly for the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data and reporting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
