Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload shipments from trucks and delivery vehicles using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Organize warehouse inventory and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained at all times.
- Packaging: Package and label items for shipment with strict attention to detail to prevent damage.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners (certification provided).
- Quality Control: Assist in quality control checks to ensure customer satisfaction and product integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Background Check: Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility: Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
