Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-10 person night shift team and coordinate daily workflows
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are met during overnight operations
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and operational issues during night hours
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed operational logs
- Train new team members on night-specific procedures and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in shift-based environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in inventory management systems
