Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety compliance
- Manage and mentor 8-12 team members during evening shifts
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement quality control measures and resolve operational issues
- Conduct shift briefings and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems and digital tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP/Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Valid NC driver's license with clean record
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
