Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage team of 8-12 warehouse associates with performance coaching
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate inventory management and shipping/receiving processes
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to management
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and inventory
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- 1+ years in supervisory or team lead role
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekends
