Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and mentor new team members on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment processes
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs
- Previous warehouse or supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (company vehicles may be used)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
