Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot complex hardware and software problems for internal clients and end-users.
- Ticket Management: Prioritize and manage a high volume of support tickets using our CRM system efficiently.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups to ensure system integrity during the night.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of technical issues, resolutions, and steps taken for future reference.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to hand over critical issues and ensure 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and basic networking concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
