Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming support tickets with a focus on speed, accuracy, and first-contact resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and client feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Escalate complex technical anomalies to senior engineers and system administrators.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone during all client communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
