Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to internal employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the organization's computer systems, including hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs.
- Monitor network performance and security to ensure optimal uptime and data integrity.
- Collaborate with the IT Director to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
- Train end-users on new software applications and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, VPNs, and troubleshooting hardware peripherals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
