Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise clients during the night shift.
- Manage incoming support tickets and prioritize urgent requests to ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform system maintenance, patch updates, and backups to ensure data integrity.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to hand off unresolved issues and provide status updates.
- Respond to emergency alerts and resolve critical network or server outages immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk operations.
- Experience with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment during the night shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
