Responsibilities
- Monitor server health and network infrastructure 24/7 to ensure maximum uptime.
- Resolve complex technical tickets and escalate issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance, patch updates, and security scans during low-traffic windows.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate logs in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support or IT help desk.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and networking protocols (TCP/IP).
