Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for internal employees via phone, email, and remote desktop tools during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets to ensure 99.9% uptime and customer satisfaction.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and recurring issues in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day shift engineering team to escalate and resolve critical infrastructure problems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Customer Service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote desktop software (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively during off-hours.
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
