Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks throughout the facility.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy against digital manifests.
- Packing & Labeling: Prepare orders for shipment, applying proper labels and packaging to prevent damage.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Reporting: Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the Shift Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience (1+ years preferred) or strong aptitude for physical labor.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners (RF guns) is a plus.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and adherence to safety protocols.
